Product Review: Old English Scratch Cover

Old English Scratch Cover

I picked up some yesterday at Lowe's and I love it. This stuff is basically the same as those touch up pens for furniture but it is in a bottle. The bottle is better for my purposes so that I can do a much bigger area at a time than with a pen.

Our doors and moldings around the house are showing their age with nicks and scratches from everyday use. You know... moving furniture, doggie scratches, and dents from where the baby gates were years ago. I am using one of hubby's old white t-shirts to apply it with. Just pour just a little dab on the shirt, apply it to the scratch, and then kinda work it in all around the area to blend it in. You'll notice that where the scratches are really deep that it will look darker than the rest of the wood. For the most part though the covered scratches just blend in with the wood grain and look alot better than before. Pretty awesome.
